VILLAGER HACK OF THE WEEK: Cold brew, empanadas – basically everything at Cocina Milonga
While it may be old news to some, the bright blue building on Yajome still feels like a secret.
But why is Cocina Milonga a hack?
Let's bracket the (inexpensive, delicious) empanadas for a moment: Milonga is also a legit coffee shop, and it's only $3.50 for a (delicious) cold brew! That is multiple dollars less than the iced coffee you'll find at our beloved off-Main Street establishments right down the road. And doesn't it just taste a little better when it costs less?
Don't feel like walking to Yajome? You can pick up Milonga empanadas for $6 at Cafe Bookmine!
As one Villager contributor puts it, "That has to be the most proper under $8 break downtown."
