Inspired by Independent Record Store Day, Independent Bookstore Day was established in 2015 to celebrate the culture of books, reading, and independent bookselling. Independent Bookstore Day is an excuse to party, and the folks at Napa Bookmine love a good party! However, it is not only a celebration but also a day of rarities, where beloved authors and publishers have created unique items just for the day. Plus jewelry, storytime, a scavenger hunt, café refreshments, and so much more.
